You’ll experience no waiting when you arrive for your hour-long visit. After reviewing your medical history, one of our skilled hygienists will perform your professional teeth cleaning. Then Dr. Shahriar will conduct a thorough exam. She’ll check your bite for proper alignment and use a state-of-the-art tool called ViziLite to screen for oral cancer. We’ll scan your teeth for cavities with our non-invasive DIAGNOdent laser, which locates decay in its earliest stage. Pictures of your teeth, gums, and smile taken with an intraoral camera and displayed on a chairside monitor will illustrate your current oral health and help you make informed decisions about which therapies to pursue.

Dr. Shahriar will customize a treatment plan to maximize your smile. If you require extensive dental work, we can phase your treatment to accommodate your budget and schedule. We’ll even send you a written estimate of your proposed insurance benefits and copay information.

You’ll leave our dental office with a complimentary dental homecare kit. Prior to your next appointment, we’ll mail you a reminder postcard.
